My Bodybuilding Journey

My body was the first place I learned what happens when intent, discipline, and consistent effort are applied. Everything I built in the gym became the foundation for the rest of my life.

Early Years

I fell in love with the gym and pushed myself harder than ever. I became obsessed with seeing what my body was truly capable of.

2019

My first competition was in 2019. I took 1st in Superheavyweight and 4th in Classic Physique, a milestone that validated years of discipline and obsession.

2021

After my first competition in 2019, I never thought I’d step on stage again. But during the isolation of the Covid-19 pandemic, I fell back in love with training. This year, I placed 1st in Superheavyweight Bodybuilding.

2022

After stepping off stage in 2021, I was more motivated than ever. For the first time, I truly believed I might have real potential in this world. I locked in during the offseason, transformed my body, and went on to place 1st in Superheavyweight and 3rd in Classic Physique at Mr. Pittsburgh. Two months later, I went after my pro card at Universe. I earned 1st call-outs and placed 5th in Classic Physique, proving to myself that all the offseason work had paid off.

2024

I stepped away from the stage in 2023 after facing mental and nervous system struggles in 2022 and 2023 (read more here link to My Story page). I rebuilt myself and went after my pro card again. This time placing 4th, just two spots short of turning pro.

Philosophy & Lessons Learned

Training my body has given me far more than muscle or vanity. It taught discipline, built confidence, and created the foundation for a high-performing life. That’s why, for every man I guide, the body is always the foundation of everything we do.
